It is the policy of Blacktree Technology that all activities of the company are underpinned by a robust security culture which aims to create an operating environment with security measures that are continually monitored, improved, and reported. 

This Security Policy is aligned to the Defence Security Principles Framework and the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework to manage risk to the governance, information, personnel and physical security of Blacktree.

Australian Industry Defence Network

The Australian Industry & Defence Network Incorporated (AIDN) is the peak industry association for small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) wishing to do business in the Defence and Security sectors. Established in 1995, AIDN represents the interests of Australian SMEs in the Defence and security industry sectors by advocacy, representation and member services.

Space Industry Association

The Space Industry Association of Australia (SIAA) is the national peak body for the space industry in Australia. Formed in 1992, SIAA and its member companies work closely with Australian governments, international partners, academia, and industry to advance Australia’s space industry and economy.

Australia Defence Information and Electronic Systems Association

ADIESA is a Defence Industry Association with a mission to enhance Australia’s Defence Capabilities predominantly in the Information, Cyber and Electronic Systems domains. 

ADIESA aims to assist with force modernisation and encourage business process improvement, by facilitating increased collaboration between Industry, Defence and other relevant elements of Government.

NATO CAGE Certificate

NATO CAGE, is a unique identifier assigned to suppliers to various government or Defence agencies. CAGE codes provide a standardised method of identifying a given facility at a specific location.

Australian Trusted Trader (ATT)

Australian Trusted Trader status reduces red tape for Trusted Traders at the border, improves certainty in export markets, and expedites the flow of their cargo in and out of Australia, which means faster access to market.

Administered by Home Affairs with the Australian Border Force, Trusted Trader and accredits Australian businesses with compliant trade practices and a secure supply chain. Once accredited, businesses have access to a growing range of benefits that simplify their customs processes.

Prime Minsters Veterans Employment Program

The Veteran Employment Program demonstrates the importance the Government places on raising awareness of the skills, values and experience veterans bring to the civilian workplace.

Defence Industry Security Program (DISP)

The DISP, managed by the Defence Industry Security Office, supports Australian businesses to understand and meet their security obligations when engaging in Defence projects, contracts and tenders.

It is essentially security vetting for Australian businesses.
