RF Active Elements

Blacktree’s RF Active Elements support amplification within the UHF SATCOM band, with models designed for receive-side gain and high-power transmission. Each unit includes protection and control functions to maintain stable operation.

Low Noise Amplifier – LNA-40
The PEDThe LNA-40 is designed for UHF SATCOM applications where overload protection and interference management are required.
- Provides 40 dB gain in its standard configuration.
- Alternative configurations are available to suit system requirements.
- Suitable for installations needing dependable receive-side amplification.
This allows the amplifier to be matched to different installation requirements while maintaining consistent function while maintaining consistent performance within the UHF SATCOM band.

High Power Amplifier – HPA-300
The HPA-300 is a solid-state high power amplifier delivering 300 W continuous output for UHF SATCOM operation. It features integrated protection against high input levels, output VSWR and temperature fluctuations.
- Self-correcting protection system enabling the unit to return to standard operation once the fault condition is removed.
- An embedded system controller enables local or remote management of key parameters, including output power, mode and operational status.
